Petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Aligarh, respondent no.2, whereby the respondent no. 2 has remanded the proceedings. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the Court concerned may be directed to decide the said proceedings expeditiously in furtherance of the remand order. In view thereof, the Court concerned is directed to proceed with the case and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all the parties concerned, positively within a period of three months from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
