This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Chandauli to decide the Case No. 3060 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202214180103060) (Pramod Kumar Singh and others Versus Tej Bahadur Singh and others) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since 2022 and petitioner is opposite party in the aforesaid case.
