Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.12.2024 passed by the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur in Revision No. 1839/2014 (Computerized Case No. C20140500001839 (Lalbabu versus Rajbali) under section 219 U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned before the Board of Revenue. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
