This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Nayab Tahsildar (respondent no.2), Tahsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar to decide case no.09115/2023 (computerized case no. T202305440309115 dated 23.09.2023 (Suganti Devi Vs. Sulekha Devi), under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Village Gaurishriram, Tahsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since 2023 and the opposite party has appeared before the Court below. The same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
