Ordinance No.1 of 125) amending Section 4(3) (b) and deleting Section 4(4) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. Thus, the provision prescribing that Vice- Chairman shall be whole time is no more on the statue. 3. Therefore, the writ petition has been rendered ineffective and is disposed of accordingly.
