Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.10.2024 passed by learned court. II. Issue a writ of mandamus directing to the parties to maintain status quo over the land in question Gata No. 309 situated in Mauza Sirajmau, District Etawa." 2. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that by means of this petition the petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the Civil Judge in Original Suit No. 575 of 2024 and the matter is not cognizable by this Bench. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition before a bench seized with the matters arising out of civil suits. 4.
