Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- " I. To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case no. 367/1999-2000 bearing computerize Case No. T201817630304875 (Mahanth Giri Versus Jhinkan Girit) under section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as expeditiously as possible preferably by way of day to day hearing within stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that recall application filed by respondent No. 4 against the order 04.02.2000 is pending consideration. Petitioner is opposite party in the aforesaid recall application and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressi
