Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding directing the Tehsildar Tehsil Meja Mandal and District Allahabad (Respondent No. 2) to consider and decide the Case No. 02153 of 2019 Computerized Case No. T-201902030802153 U/s 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, within stipulated period in accordance with law." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are pending since 2019. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
