Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. A personal affidavit of respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bidhuna, Auraiya, filed today by the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record. In the said affidavit, it is stated that the petitioners have wrongly occupied the parti land in the garb of their patta. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the land of the petitioner bearing Plot no.2691ka having area 0.6560 hectare may be directed to be demarcated by the authority concerned. 4. In view thereof, the petitioners are permitted to make a fresh application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate within a period of one week from today.
