Instructions placed today by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate order and approve the resolution dated 23.12.2020 passed by the respondent no.3." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that earlier resolution was never approved. It has been further submitted by learned Standing Counsel that a fresh resolution will be moved by the Land Management Committee and the land will be reserved for the playground. 5. In view of these facts, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is consigned to record.
