Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the recall application dated 01.09.2016 in Case No.T20140544033946/2014 titled 'Tufani Vs. Gaon Sabha' under section 122B4F of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act in a time bound manner, preferably within a period of one month." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid recall application is pending consideration since 2016 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid recall application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
