This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a direction directing the respondent no.2 /Tehsildar Tehsil Kasimabad District Ghazipur to decide the case no. 2198 of 2023 computerized case no. T202314291102198 (Nagma Khan versus Ram Vilas and others) under section 34 of U.P.Revenue Code 2006 situate in Mauza Sukaha Pergana Jahoorabad Tehsil Kasimabad District Ghazipur within stipulated time bound period as expeditiously as possible which is pending before the court of respondent no.2 /Tehsildar Tehsil Kasimabad District Ghazipur, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3.
