The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to remove illegal encroachments over the rasta situated near the house of the petitioner and to decide her representation dated 27.8.2024. 2. The case of the petitioner is that near her house, there is a public road. The same has been illegally encroached by respondent nos. 7 and 8. They have also raised certain illegal constructions.
