Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2- Tehsildar, Tehsil Koroan, Prayagraj may be directed to decide Case No.2201 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202302030902201), "Rakesh Kumar vs. Shiv Shankar" U/s 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending since the year 2023 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid stay application in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2- Tehsildar, Tehsil Koraon, Prayagraj is directed to proceed with Case No.2201 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202302030902201), "Rakesh Kumar vs. Shiv Shankar" U/s 34
