Mtr. of the revenue Village- Sarai Mitthe, Tehsil- Bharthana, District- Etawah. 3. The case of the petitioners is that certain land was notified for acquisition under the provisions of National Highways Act, 1956 in the year 2014-15. However, the NHAI while constructing roads had included 1150 sq. mtr of land of the petitioner although, it was not acquired.
