The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no. 2 i.e. Court Receiver, Amrapali Home Buyer Project, Amrapali Heartbeat City, Phase-II, Sector 107, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, to decide the application of the petitioners dated 14.01.2025 for handing over possession of Flat No. 0-1601 Heartbeat City, Phase-II, Noida to the petitioners and not to create any third party interest over the same. 2. Concededly, respondent no. 3 was designated as construction agency in pursuance of order of Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 940 of 2017. 3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent no. 2 was appointed as Court Receiver by the Supreme Court and is working under the supervision of the Supreme Court. 4.
