The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the mutation application filed by him on basis of registered sale deed dated 12.12.1983 executed in his favour by Smt Sukhdei on 12.12.1983 has not been decided so far. It is submitted that Sukhdei died on 16.06.1984 and the petitioner filed application for mutation on 24.02.2023. 2. Shri Shaurya Sharma holding brief of Shri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the application will be decided expeditiously. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent-Development Authority to decide the mutation application within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order after due notice to all concerned.
