The revision filed by the petitioner before the State Government challenging the order of the respondent-Authority cancelling the lease and the allotment was allowed by the State Government vide order dated 28.02.2024. The respondent-Authority has been directed to re-determine the dues. The petitioner was required to pay 25 per cent of the dues as determined within sixty days and the remaining amount in four half yearly installments. 2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondent-Authority has not re-determined the dues in compliance of the said order but still in order to show its bona fide, the petitioner has deposited Rs.11 crore after passing of the order by the State Government.
