Present writ petition is filed by petitioners praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide the Appeal No.1409/2023 in Computer Case No.C202314000001409 (Jagdish Chandra v. Atul Kumar Singh), under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 , which is pending since 04.07.2023 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4.
