The petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to make any construction over the Chak of the petitioner regarding to Gata No.183 Area 0.979 hec. situated in village- Bandanpur, Pargana- Anguli, Tehsil- Shahganj, District Jaunpur." 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his land Gata No.183 Area 0.979 hec. situated in village- Bandanpur, Pargana- Anguli, Tehsil- Shahganj, District Jaunpur is wrongly been taken in the chak road taken by the State authorities. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on his written instruction stated that none of the petitioner's land is being impacted from the chak marg which is being constructed/ repaired by the State authorities. 5. In view of the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguin
