Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that respondent no.2- Jiladhikari, Gorakhpur may be directed to decide application dated 14.02.2024 and to comply with the order dated 23.10.2023 passed by respondent no.3- Up Jiladhikari, Tehsil Campiyarganj, Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been passed but the same has not been complied with. 4. In view of the aforesaid, District Magistrate, Gorakhpur- respondent no.2 is directed to take a decision in the matter after hearing all the parties concerned and take the same to a logical conclusion within a period of six weeks in accordance with law. 5.
