He has provided a copy of the award to the petitioner today in Court. Sri R.K. Jaiswal states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of NHAI, for whose benefit acquisition has been made. 2. The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the third respondent to release adequate sum towards compensation to the petitioner in respect of area measuring 102.23 square meters of Gata no. 58 situated in Village-Bilahari, Pargana & Tehsil Mahoba, District-Mahoba and decide her representation dated 6.12.2024. 3. The petitioner has been issued a notice under Section 3E of the National Highways Act, 1956
