Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent no. 2- Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil- Bhatparrani, District- Deoria to consider and decide the Case No. 1813/2021, Computerize Case No. T202105200501813 (Harendra Vs. Setwan and others) filed under section 116 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006, within some stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3.
