The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceeding u/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, (repest Lekhpal Vs. Achhaivar) pending before the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Saidpur, District Ghazipur as well as notice dated 01.12.2020 U/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code. II.
