Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the record and quash the impugned order passed by respondent no. 4 dated 03.07.2024. (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
