The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Khair, District Aligarh to conclude the proceeding of Case No.9595 of 2023 (Computer Case No.T202318020109595) Gramsabha versus Santpal under Section 67 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him since 3.8.2023, expeditiously, preferably within the period, specify by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is complainant and neither he is a party to the aforesaid proceedings nor a person aggrieved, therefore, the proceedings cannot be expedited on his behalf.
