The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2/Tehsildar (Judicial), Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth Nagar to decide the Case No. RST/02622/2018, Computerized Case No. T201817630402622, Smt. Munni Devi Vs. Smt. Sakina Bibi, under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, relating to village Majhauwa Khas, Tappa- Sagra, Parana- Rasoolpur, Tehsil- Dumariyaganj, District- Siddharth Nagar." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2018. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
