The petitioner has inter alia prayed for quashing of order dated 13.12.2024 passed by respondent no.3 cancelling the allotment of Plot no. A-56, Sector-136, NOIDA on ground of non-payment of lease rent and interest to the tune of Rs.66,69,500/- and restituting the same. 3. Kaushik, Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had sought detailed calculation from the respondent-Authority in respect of its demands by filing various representations from time to time. However, the same were not replied to by the Authority.
