The petitioner and respondent nos.4 and 5 have been given a notice under Section 3-E of the National Highways Act, 1956 for submitting their documents in respect of release of compensation amount for an area measuring 0.2588 hectare of Gata no.400, Village- Barari, Tappa-Dhatura, Pargana- Silhat, Tehsil and District- Deoria. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he had sold an area measuring 0.253 hectares to respondent no.5 from the said Plot no.400 by registered sale deed dated 16.05.2008. It lies on the eastern side whereas the land acquired is situated on the western side and, therefore, respondent no.5 is not entitled to any compensation. 3. Similarly, an area measuring 0.142 hectares was sold in favour of respondent no.4 on 01.01.2009 and the said land is also intact and was not covered by the project and, therefore, respondent no.4 is also not entitled to any compensation. 4.
