Shri Shikhar Kaushal, learned counsel for the petitioner confines the challenge to the ground that the black listing cannot continue for life. It is urged that the impugned order does not specify any period, therefore, the respondents are treating the black listing of the petitioner-firm for an indefinite period which is not permissible under law.
