This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Appeal in Case No. 511/2022 (computerized Case. C202202000009511) (Irshad vs. Mohd. Yusuf and others) pending before Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj Under Section 331 (3) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that appeal is pending since 2022 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2 - A
