The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the orders dated 07/01/2025 passed by Commissioner, Jhansi Division, Jhansi (Respondent no.2) and order dated 06/07/2024 passed by the Deputy District Jhansi, (Respondent no.3)." 3. By the order impugned the share of the respondent no.5 and of the petitioner has been determined on the basis of sale deed executed by the original tenure holder and the court below has found that the respondent no.5 has 3/4th share in the land in dispute whereas the petitioner has only 1/4th share. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to demonstrate as to how the determination of share is incorrect or the sale deed was not executed as mentioned in the order impugned in favour of the petitioner. 4.
