The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of the mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application dated 11.09.2024 which is registered as a case No.-7194/2024, (Computerized case no.- T202405200207194) Parshram & Others Versus Veera & others, under section 209 (h) U.P.R.C. 2006 with in stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid restoration application is pending since 11.09.2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
