Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 31.12.2024 passed by the Additional Collector (Administration), District Gorakhpur IN Case No. 17834 of 2024 (Durgawati Devi Yadav versus Bhagwati and others (Computerizrization Case No. D202405310017834) under section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for Gaon Sabha have raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy
