The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(A)issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e. Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Gorakhpur to decide the stay application pending in Appeal No.D202405310018701 (Ramsamujh Vs. Gram Panchayat) under Section 67(5) of U. P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 05.12.2024 within time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble court. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to restrain the Tehsildar/A.D.M. Gorakhpur not to take any action till the disposal of the above mentioned Appeal, Village-Baidauli, Tappa-Pachisi, Pargana-Bhauwapaar, Tehsil-Bansgaon, District-Gorakhpur." 3.
