The petitioner has assailed an order dated 4.11.2024 passed by respondent no. 4 under U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. He has also prayed for a direction to the respondents to maintain status quo during pendency of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the said order. 2. Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority, submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 27(2) of the Act is not maintainable as the order of demolition has been passed in exercise of power under Section 26- A of the Act, against which, appeal is not maintainable. He submits that the remedy of the petitioner is to file revision before the State Government under Section 41 of the Act. 3. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revisi
