The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to Assistant Collector Ist Class (Revenue) Mainpuri/Revenue Officer Mainpuri to decide the withdrawal application dated 21.05.2024 in Case No. 399 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. D202001490000399) under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, filed by petitioner, with in stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3.
