The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tahsildar, Tahsil: Sadar, District: Ghazipur to decide the Case No.REST/8514/2024 pending before Tahsildar, Tahsil: Sadar, District: Ghazipur in between Report Lekhpal Vs. Mukesh for recalling the order dated 07.11.2023 passed by Tahsildar, Sadar, Tahsil: District: Ghazipur in Case No.6087/2021 in between Report Lekhpal Vs. Mukesh u/s 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within the time to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are opposite parties before the court below and the aforementioned restoration application is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
