Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed in Case no.33 under Section 109 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act dated 16.2.1996 is not being implemented by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hata, District Kushinagar. 3. In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application in the said proceedings before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hata, District Kushinagar within ten days from today and in case such an application is moved by the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hata, District Kushinagar, shall pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned within a period of six weeks thereafter, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.
