Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2- Tehsildar, Tehsil Sahaganj to decide the Case No. 1536 of 2024 (Computerized No. T202414360101536) (Indoi Devi Vs Bhagwan Das) under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within the stipulated which is pending before the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Sahaganj (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
