The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the case no. 1354/2024 (Smt. Usha Versus Chhotey Lal and others) under Section 116 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, as early as possible, pending before him since 07.02.2024;" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforesaid case is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
