The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to enhance the circle rate and pay higher compensation to him in respect of an area measuring 0.420 hectare of Khasra No. 172, Village Chitrauli Bangar, Pargana, Tehsil and District Bijnor, acquired under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2. Concededly, no award has been made till date, therefore, we decline to go into the question regarding quantum of compensation for the subject land and leave it open to the petitioner to raise the said issue before proper forum at appropriate stage. 3.
