Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the Case No. 22/2012-2013 (Pooran Singh vs. Gaon Sabha and others) filed under section 229B of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. 1950 pending before the Court of Additional Sub Divisional Magistrate (1) Mathura, District Mathura expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2012. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
