The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent No. 2/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Meja, District Prayagraj to expedite the case No. RST/05103/2018, Computer Case No. T201802030805103 (Lallan vs. Gaon Sabha and another), Under Section 229B, U.P.ZA. and L.R. Act, 1950, within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court after giving full opportunity to the petitioner." 3.
