The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove illegal encroachments made by them over the bhumidhari land of the petitioner comprising of Arazi No. 1234 area 0.0460 hectare and Arazi No. 1237 area 0.1020 hectare situated at Village-Tela, Pargana-Kewail, Tehsil-Handia, District Allahabad. The petitioner has also prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide compensation to him under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he is bhumidhar of Arazi No. 1234 area 0.0460 hectare and Arazi No. 1237 area 0.1020 hectare situated at Village-Tela, Pargana-Kewail, Tehsil-Handia, District Allahabad.
