The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the court below to expedite the proceeding of Case No. 21950 of 2024 (Ramdas and others Vs. Shyamlal and others), U/S 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending since 08.11.2024 in the court of Additional Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Bareilly." 2. From perusal of the averments made in the writ petition and annexures, it appears that aforesaid case is pending before respondent no. 2 since 2024, and several dates have been fixed by the court concerned, however, till date, the aforesaid case has not been decided. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally
