The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad (Prayagraj) to decide the suit No.08712 of 2018 (Raj Kumar versus Shyamlal), under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously as possible as soon within a stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice;" 2. From perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it appears that the aforesaid suit is pending since 2018 and several dates have been fixed by the court concerned, however, till date, the aforesaid case has not been decided. 3.
