The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 9.1.2025 passed by respondent no. 3, by which consent to operate a brick kiln has been refused in view of a closure order passed earlier on 15.7.2021. 2. Sri Sarthak Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, submits that the petitioner has remedy of filing appeal under Section 31 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. 3. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 4. In such view of the matter, we decline to entertain the challenge and relegate the petitioner to the alternative remedy provided under the Act. 5.
