Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a Writ order or Direction commanding and directing to the Respondent authority to decide the Restoration Application pending before the Court of Sub Divisional officer Phulpur In Case No 8234 of 2023 Mohd. Parvez and others Vs Sant Lal and others u/s 24 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 expeditiously within some Stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that restoration application has been filed by the respondents which is pending since 2023. The petitioner is opposite party in the restoration application.
