Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide the execution case no. nil of 2024 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Gama Singh), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending since the year 2024 and has not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Tehsildar, Aurai, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) is directed to proceed with execution case no. nil of 2024 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Gama Singh), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and decide the same in accordance with
